Before you start

Does the builder give me a price?

No. It collects your choices and sends them to the workshop, and we come back to you with a quote for your specific piece.

What if I am not sure about the wood or finish?

Choose "Not sure yet" and add a note. We will talk through the options with you before anything is decided.

Am I committing to anything by sending it?

You are sending a spec and asking for a quote. We have not asked for payment at this stage.

Can I change my design afterward?

Yes. Reply to our message with changes, or send a note through the contact page.
